Cancellation Policy
At Izaura Studio, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will forfeit their deposit and no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Thank you for respecting my time and helping me provide a luxury experience for every guest.
